SHIPPING OPTIONS
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our shop in Gothenburg Sweden. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2-3 weeks. Our flat rates are as follows:

EUROPE:	Standard 19,95 € (4-7 business days)
	Express 59,95 € (2-3 business days)
OTHER INTERNATIONAL:	Standard 49,95 € (10-14 business days)
NORTH AMERICA and ASIA:	Please link to our NORTH AMERICA or ASIA site via “Change Region” menu item

All APO, FPO and PO Box addresses will be shipped by UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Dunderdon unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. We will cover the shipping cost of your return as well as the shipping out of a replacement.

If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, size of an item, you may return it and choose another item. If you would like an alternate item as an exchange, please submit a new order on our website.

All returns must be returned to us within 30 days and returned in the original packaging.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.

All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your RA number, please contact Customer Service by phone at +46 31 455100.

All returns must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.

No refunds are available for sale items – only exchanges.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Your privacy is important, and we are committed to protecting that privacy when you shop with us.

When you place an order we ask you for the information we need to process that order. If you choose to set up an account then your information will be securely stored until you are ready to place your next order. We offer this service for your convenience. You may choose not to set up an account, if you prefer. We do not store credit card details as a part of your account.

Our security system prevents unauthorized access to your personal information whether you are online or off-line.

We never share your personal information with any other business or organization.

We send out a newsletter to those interested in learning more about Dunderdon. If you choose, you may ‘opt-in’ to having this sent to you by joining our email list.

Our site uses ‘cookies’, small bits of electronic information which are stored by the web browser on your computer’s hard drive. No personal information is stored on the cookie. You may, if you choose, turn off the cookie function in your web browser.
